Comment on this: "Very enigmatic, such impact, I love those vibrant colours. You have an empathy with the sun sea and the land and it shows in your paintings. This is one of your best paintings to date in 2011, if not one of your very best, in that you have once again captivated me totally. Some how you have forced me to study it for many minutes"...
Phil Kendall, would be pleased to discuss a specially commissioned unique painting just for you. He would be very pleased to paint that unique work of art just for you too. Here time for: finalising the design, painting, varnishing and framing etc. need to be allowed for. A typical time for a commissioned project is currently about four weeks from your initial contact to shipping it.
These privately commissioned paintings are never shown to the public on this or any other website.
Typically a commissioned painting is 50% more than the price for any one given canvas size as shown in the online shop pages. The shipping cost is not included in this estimate. To discuss sizes & other details please email him by using the 'Contact Page'.
The canvas sizes offered are: for square canvases; from 30 x 30cm up to 150 x 150cm & rectangular canvases are from 40 x 30cm up to 150 x 170cm. These measurements are in 10cm steps. Most sizes are usually in-stock or can be rapidly sourced.
The shipping cost is the most significant element of the total price. Works of art with a side measurement below 140cm are despatched, world-wide, by Parcelforce [UK]. Artworks with a side greater than 150cm can only be dispatch by my chosen courier [this is non-negotiable]. Courier delivery is very expensive and is priced on application.
Sizes quoted in His Art & His Art Shop are stated in centimetres: height [H] by width [W]. A typical canvas is 18mm thick and when framed typically 25mm thick. The frame covers approximately 6mm around the perimeter of each painting. There is no glass involved in the framing of any of his paintings.
A purchased work of art is taken out of protective storage and is taken in person to his local professional framer and collected when ready in person. Then its ready for packaging & shipping. Please allow Five [5] working days for this. He has no control once the painting is in the hands of his shipping agent.
Phil Kendall is completely dedicated to your total satisfaction in offering a full, no quibble, 28 day refund on any purchase. If you have any questions, suggestions or comments please email him at mail@meltemiart.com

This is the signature of the artist, Phil Kendall, as applied to the lower left corner on all of his paintings:
All of Phil Kendall's paintings are produced in the united Kingdom based Art Studio of Meltemi. All of his paintings are genuinely hand painted in acrylics on new canvases. They are not in any way copied works of art simply bearing his signature nor are they simply hand finished Giclee prints. Similarly they are not imported mass produced copy paintings simply bearing his signature. Each and every painting begins with a hand drawn pencil diagram on a blank white canvas.
