The rights of The Artist Phil Kendall, signing his paintings or works of art [the artworks] as PK, have been asserted to him in accordance with The UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.
 
All rights are reserved. No images may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form or by means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying or otherwise without the prior written permission of, Phil Kendall, the copyright owner.

The above also applies to the content of: The Blog, The Art Studio of Meltemi Website's content and any Newsletter it issues.
 
Clients owning a painting made by PK are free to make photographs of their purchase but only for insuring it as part of their home contents.

The copyright on all purchased works of art remains with the artist, Phil Kendall, in perpetuity.
 
Art students can try to reproduce Phil Kendall's artwork purely for their personal educational experience. But they cannot sell their copy of his art ever. If they exhibit their copy of his art, it should be clearly labelled: "A reproduction of a painting [called xxx] made by The Artist Phil Kendall".
